During a brief hearing, neither the prosecution nor defense attorneys contested a 36-page report from a Federal Prison System Psychologist who evaluated Aldawsari. The report is sealed by order of U.S. District Judge Sam Cummings. Aldawsari's trial is scheduled to begin April 30th.

U.S. District Judge Sam Cummings ordered 21-year-old Khalid Aldawsari to undergo a mental health exam at the federal detention center in Springfield, Missouri.
Those results are in, according to court documents. The Saudi-born college student was arrested in February 2011 on a charge of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction. Last week Judge Cummings denied Aldawsari's defense team's motions to disclose and suppress evidence investigators obtained through the foreign intelligence surveillance act.
