LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The polls open at 7 a.m. Saturday for a variety of city and school district elections set for May 1, including a proposal to make Lubbock a Sanctuary City for the Unborn and a $420 million bond proposal for Lubbock-Cooper ISD. Polls are open until 7 p.m.
