A Lubbock grand jury indicted a suspect accused of shooting at his girlfriend outside a grocery store on July 16.

Sedale Nunley, 23, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is being held on a $75,000 bond.

LPD reported Nunley fired two shots as he chased the victim in the parking lot of the United on Parkway Drive. She went inside the store for help. No injuries were reported.

According to the warrant, the victim told investigators Nunley was looking through her phone while waiting in her car and pulled out a gun when she asked him about it.
